DTH 350
These are meant for drilling borehole in hard compact formation (Rock Drilling). They combine both percussion and rotary action with air media. Sometimes Air Rotary DTH are provided with mud pump for negotiating the overburden.
   
RATED CAPACITY
 

115 mm diameter. Holes up to 120 meters, by DTH method in hard rock and 165 mm diameter.  Holes up to 120 meters. By mud rotary method in alluvial soil.

 
PULL DOWN:
 

Through hydraulic cylinder and wire rope, pull down force variable up to 5000 kgs. " Micro-Feed" arrangement provided

ROTATION HEAD:
 

Top Drive hydraulic motor driven through gear train immersed in oil bath providing infinitely variable speeds of O-100 RPM

11.5 mt. 3/min at 7 Kg/cm2 (4000 CFM 100 PSIG) Rotary screw type, driven by its own separate diesel engine.

 
MUD PUMP:
 

PRECISION' Model 'S-125 Duplex Double acting reciprocating Mud pump having 5" stroke and fitted with 4" liner cable of delivering 450 LPM and a maximum working pressure of 17.5 kg/cm2

 
MOUNTING:
 

4 x 2 drive truck chassis.
